We seeking a skilled consultant for a crucial project on Zambia’s national budget execution and debt landscape (2021-2023). If you have a strong background in public financial management and debt analysis, we want to hear from you!
 
Key Tasks:
Assess budget implementation across sectors
Analyse Zambia’s debt structure and its impact
Evaluate policy compliance and socio-economic outcomes
Provide actionable recommendations for better fiscal management
 
Requirements:
5+ years in public financial management
Advanced degree in Economics, Policy Analysis, or related field
Strong research and data analysis skills
